Special check-in instructions

Guests must present a valid ID (citizenship, license, or passport) at check-in. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled activities like rafting or meals. If you’ve booked transportation through the resort, be on time at the designated pickup point. Inform the resort at least 24 hours in advance of any dietary needs, medical conditions, or special requests. Final payments are to be made at check-in, and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 30% charge per person. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and availability.

Children and extra beds

Children of all ages are welcome at Sukute Valley Resort. However, no extra beds or baby cots are provided. Children sharing beds with parents may stay free or at a discounted rate depending on age and package type—please confirm at the time of booking. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by adults at all times, especially during activities like rafting, swimming, and at the pool area.

Guests should be in good physical health to participate in adventure activities like rafting and outdoor games. If you have any medical conditions such as heart problems, asthma, recent surgeries, or are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before booking and inform the resort in advance. Basic first aid is available on-site, and trained staff are present during rafting and other physical activities to ensure your safety. While the resort takes all necessary precautions, participation in activities is at your own risk. Guests are encouraged to carry any personal medication they may need, as the nearest medical facility may not be immediately accessible.
